The waiting conference information release terminal is connected to an external display screen, which allows the participants in the waiting room to view the progress of the conference in a timely manner. When the administrator clicks to start or prepare a conference topic on the paperless topic management interface, the waiting conference screen will display the start (or preparation) prompt page of the corresponding topic in real time, which also supports voice reading and broadcasting.
