• Equipped with a 15.6-inch high-definition full-viewing angle screen, it transmits audio intercom , call notification and control signals based on the TCP/IP network protocol , realizes high-fidelity two -way intercom or access control with extensions , and is equipped with a call handle that supports both hands-free and handset calls .
• It adopts technologies such as voice adaptive echo cancellation AEC algorithm, noise suppression ANS algorithm, sound source far and near end analysis and processing APM algorithm to achieve high-fidelity intercom . It has a built-in high-sensitivity microphone and high-fidelity speaker , and the voice is clear and loud, bringing a more comfortable and stable call experience.
• It supports displaying basic ward information. The online or offline status of the device can be checked through the bed card . It supports online monitoring function, which can monitor the online status of the device in real time. There will be text prompts when the extension or door phone is offline.
• It supports displaying the patient list information of this ward. You can view the current patient's basic status and nursing information through interface operations , such as patient name, gender, bed number , doctor's orders, medical diagnosis, drug reaction, responsible doctor and nurse, nursing precautions and other information.
• call tasks from ward extensions, bed extensions , ward access control machines, bathroom buttons and other devices. When there are multiple call tasks , the call queue will be displayed on the medical host and you can choose to answer it .
• It supports calling the bed extension of the current ward. You can click the bed extension you want to call on the bed list interface , call the extension and talk . It also supports calling/answering with the medical host in other wards for two-way voice intercom .
• It supports intercom with the ward access control machine, can remotely control the ward access control, control the time and authority of visitors to visit patients , and can unlock the access control corresponding to the ward .
• It supports viewing the doctor and nurse schedules in the ward, and supports querying all incoming and outgoing call record information in the ward , including call time, processing time, call duration, call type, processing method and other information.
• When the server is connected normally, the bed extension and the medical host can communicate normally through two-way calls . When the server is down, the bed extension can still call the medical host at the nurse station or the medical host can call the bed extension for two-way voice intercom.
• It supports setting immediate or scheduled host hosting tasks. The bed extensions , access control machines, and bathroom button call information managed by this host can be hosted to other nurse station management machines for management . All call alarm events of the host can be transferred to the preset host to ensure timely communication between patients and medical staff. The hosting status can be exited at any time.
• Supports setting extension call timeout hosting tasks, support setting call timeout time, if the timeout is not answered, the bed extension, access control machine, and bathroom button call information managed by this host can be hosted to other nurse station management machines for management, and all call alarm events of the host can be transferred to the preset host to ensure timely communication between patients and medical staff.
• It has four functional physical buttons for one-click calling, knowing, hosting, and screen off, which simplifies the operation steps, feedback is more intuitive and quick operation.
• Supports synchronization with the hospital's HIS system, and the nurse station medical host can read and call the latest HIS patient data in real time, such as patient personal information, diagnosis information, medical order information, cost details, test and examination information, etc.
• Supports real-time synchronization of server time to ensure the same time in the ward; support online upgrade function, remote program upgrade can be performed through the background, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.
• Supports audio broadcast and shouting broadcast in the ward, supports adding custom text-to-speech broadcast; supports selecting the device in the ward for real-time broadcast and whole-area broadcast, and can also realize intercom with the bed extension while playing the file broadcast.
• Supports nurses to record and leave messages for handover on this machine, and can record and play the handover audio file through the medical host, and supports voice-to-text display of the recorded message file.
